Do you agree with the following statement? "If you don't meet an [architect] as a child or young adult, you are unlikely to think of [architecture] as a career option, you may see it as something 'other people' do."
"I came up with the Talking Jobs resource to help young people overcome this kind of powerful barrier to the way life decisions can often get made. I also wanted to celebrate the 'everyday heroes' that surround us - competent people happy in their work, but not necessarily always shouting about it or themselves. Producing this site has been a way of bringing my life experience and professional skills together in what I hope is a socially beneficial way. it has also provided me with a new and challenging way of making a living."

"Talking Jobs is an amazing resource, quite unlike any other work related resource I have come across... It goes beyond the simple job description and qualifications needed and gives students the sort information they could get if they actually met the individuals and knew all the right questions to ask them..."
